Follow Tolkien Questions and Answers on Twitter

I wish I could say you’ll find answers to challenging questions about J.R.R. Tolkien and Middle-earth on Twitter but really you’ll just find @tolkien_qna, a Twitter account that is (mostly) dedicated to sharing links to many of the (at this time) almost 200 question-and-answer articles at Middle-earth.Xenite.Org. Although the account doesn’t yet have many followers, I was pleasantly surprised to find a few of J.R.R. Tolkien’s relatives among them. The Tolkien family is quite impressive in its broad array of skills and professions.

So, to the Tolkiens who have found the Twitter account and the Middle-earth site, WELCOME! I’m honored to have attracted your interest.

It’s not easy to write a couple hundred articles that answer fan questions. Some of the questions have been really challenging and I have to say the challenge made the task quite enjoyable. I haven’t been able to keep up the intense pace lately but as I’m working with an editorial calendar I have a little fudge time. Still, if you see the blog stop posting regularly don’t worry — I’ll get it back on schedule…eventually.

Meanwhile, even the most dedicated readers seem to have only found about 100 of the articles. There should be plenty of material to keep everyone reading for a while. All feedback is appreciated (not to mention new questions you may want to suggest).
